This story is mostly moot to anyone who has happened to go to Amazon.com today as it was draped all down the front page: folks with Amazon Prime accounts, Xbox Live accounts, and Xbox 360s now have the opportunity to view videos in the Amazon Instant Video catalogue. Hooray!

In addition to adding this Xbox option, Amazon is remedying my number one complaint about their video service with what they call the Watchlist. Now you can queue up TV shows and movies to watch later instead of having to dig for them each time you want to watch something. Finally. The Xbox (and Kindle and web) are the first to get this feature, with the Playstation 3 and Roku coming soon.
Now all they have to do is get some more shows.
